Refund Policy

QB Bookkeeping & Accounting Services provides professional bookkeeping and accounting support services. Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If a client is not satisfied, they may contact us at info@invoice-quickbooks.com. We will review the concern and may offer corrections, adjustments, or a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the work completed and the nature of the issue.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery or invoice payment, whichever is earlier.

This policy may be updated from time to time.
